Ingredients:
  • Pasta of choice
  • Dried Garlic
  • Dried Onion
  • Dried Red Pepper
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Dried spaghetti sauce packet
  • Dried parmesan cheese
 
How to Prepare:
Boil Pasta, remove pasta from water and save water. Use correct amount of pasta-water to make pasta sauce from sauce packet & put in remainder of ingredients.
Top off with Dried parmesan cheese.

Camp Fire Spaghetti

Ingredients:
  • 1 med onion diced
  • 1-2 garlic cloves or 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 2 lg cans of spaghetti-Franco American
  • 1-2 med green peppers diced
 
How to Prepare:
In a cast iron skillet, brown beef and onions and green peppers. Add garlic after beef is all most done.
Add the cans of spaghetti and heat until it almost bubbles. May serve garlic bread if desired.
 
Note: could add shredded cheese at the end before serving.

Camp Tuna & Mac

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
 
How to Prepare:
Boil the amont of water indicated on the macaroni box in a pot. Add pasta and cook until tender. Add cheese packet, tuna, and salt and pepper. Stir. You could also add celery or onion, if desired.
