All or any products must be returned within 30 Days from date of purchase less shipping and handling costs.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number

Fun.
Clearly mark all returns with Return Authorization Number
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in like new condition.
Send returned merchandise via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground, and insure package, as we will not be liable for returns lost in shipping.
Defective Merchandise will be handled on a case by case basis
Return on non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges
Warranties
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Melmi Unlimited, INC. Country Camping Fun is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Country Camping Fun at no charge.
Shipping
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
Please report shipping discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
Country Camping Fun will pay for return shipping on items shipped in error.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED BY CARRIER
Contact the freight company immediately
Report any missing or damaged cartons
If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all packaging and contact freight carrier immediately to inspect the damage and file a claim.
TAXES
Country Camping Fun does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside the state of Indiana. If you order within the state of Indiana, you will be charged an additional 6.0% for sales tax.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 12 hours of the order being placed. If you do not notify us within 12 hours of placing your order, and the order ships, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Please email support@countrycampingfun.com to cancel an order.
