While still hot, roll in sugar and cinnamon combination. Then continue roasting apple until glaze forms. Eat off glaze and if you wish double dip in sugar and cinnamon mix. Bake until glazed again. Continue until apple is gone.

- 3 T. butter
- 6 T. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. nut topping mix (chopped nuts)
- Cinnamon
- 6 refrigerator biscuits
How to Prepare: Core the apples completely. Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Divide equally between apples and stuff into the center. Peel refrigerator biscuits into 2 layers and place tightly over the holes on either end of the apples. Turn the apples sideways onto a double layer of foil and gather foil at the top of the packet (no seams in the bottom of foil). Bake in coals for about 1/2 hour, until dough is baked and apples are soft.

How to Prepare: Using a paring knife, core the apple from the top, leaving a bit of apple at the bottom. Fill center with a bit of butter and your favorite caramels. Place apple in center on (I perfer 2 squares) foil square. Fold edges up around apple, twisting together at top. Place wrapped apple on coals of campfire (10 - 20 minutes) until apple is soft when poked with fork. Transfer apple to plate or eat right out of foil. Yummy!
